An atmosphere of excitement and unity is building up for the upcoming Lake Burton season. In the spirit of community, our LBCA board and committee volunteers have added new activities for everyone to enjoy this year!
Our Season of Fun will begin on Memorial Day Weekend. From the highly anticipated Wooden Boat parade on Sunday, May 26, to the bi-annual Tour of Homes on Saturday, June 22, there is something for everyone. This year, we are introducing all-new activities for children, ensuring a season of fun and excitement for the whole family.
And let’s not forget the Independence Day weekend with its spectacular fireworks and the Ski Patriots Salute to America. We are also hosting five Summer Vibes Concerts all over the lake. As we move into fall, mark your calendars for the Annual Golf Tournament on October 18 and a new addition, the Masquerade Party on October 26.
What a great year we will have! For all the details, please click here.
Our Annual Membership Meeting and Dinner, a key event in our community, will take place on July 13 at the YMCA Camp High Harbour. We cordially invite you to mark this crucial fun night on your calendar. It’s an excellent opportunity to learn about all the work your LBCA Board has done in the past year and get a glimpse of our exciting plans for the future.
See you on the lake,
Elizabeth Gill
